If you are creative, adaptive, and talented, then you might have found a home with us!Job Summary: The Graphic Designer position will support the Marketing Department in the development of all graphic needs for internal and external marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position requires someone that is highly creative, detail oriented, and design driven. Passion for interior design, photography and other artistic influences is desired as this role will involve building creative concepts, designs and layouts using current and forward trending ideas. This position requires a graphic artist who is up for conceptual challenges and tight deadlines in a fun yet fast paced environment.Essential Job Functions:Create concepts, designs, and layouts for large scale graphics, collateral, digital and print materials.Develop multimedia presentations in support of sales and marketing departmentsGenerate marketing assets for social media and email blastsProduce assets for corporate presentations and conferencesDeveloping marketing assets for internal use and client projects including creating Sales driven marketing collateral for clients and new prospect clientsMaintain a consistent visual identity and implementing branding guidelines both for internal and client projectsEdit/optimize photos and graphics for in-house useFinalize art files for print production both large and smaller scale for digital and offset printApply company graphics for misc. gifting items that require brandingCoordinating deliverables with material suppliers and service vendorsOffer assistance in ad-hoc marketing collateral and duties as assignedOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's degree in design or related field2+ Years' experience as an in-house graphic designer strongly desiredExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop - a must)Thorough knowledge of print production and file preparation for digital and offset processesHighly organized and strong attention to detailAbility to manage work-flow of many projects and meet deadlines simultaneouslySome HTML knowledge helpfulMicrosoft Office Suite KnowledgePassion for Interior Design and events industry a plusPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
