Overview
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR), travel assignment in Herrin, Illinois. Start date 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,650 to $2,790. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts (0700–1730), four days per week. This is a hospital-based travel assignment with potential to float to other facilities as needed. The role focuses on circulating for heavy ortho, urology, spine, and robotic procedures; call is required.

Responsibilities
- Circulate in the OR for orthopedic, urology, spine, and robotic procedures; manage sterile field and surgical equipment
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; communicate changes to the surgical team
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and circulating staff to ensure patient safety and workflow efficiency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of intraoperative care and patient progress
- Provide patient and family education regarding perioperative care and post-operative expectations

Requirements
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS certification
- Ability to circulate in the OR and support heavy orthopedic, urology, spine, and robotic procedures
- Willingness to float to other facilities as needed
- Availability for dayshift 10-hour shifts and adherence to call requirements
