Account Director - Enterprise Agency

Right now we're looking for an Account Director to play a key role in our Enterprise team in New York. If that's you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. As our Account Director, you'll: own GWI's relationship with some of the top network agencies in the world, such as WPP, Stagwell, and Havas. Our ideal candidate will excel at relationship-driven opportunities, have proven sales experience with market research tools and data, and come with their own network of well-earned industry contacts. A few things you'll be responsible for:
Own the entire revenue cycle with existing Tier 1 agency accounts - everything from renewal to upsell and expansion Identify new business opportunities within the account structure and execute well-planned, creative strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term commercial growth goals Enthusiastically present GWI product offerings with your own personal conviction and style
Collaborate well within a team-oriented environment - bring fresh thinking and new ideas to your team and senior leaders at GWI. It's also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You'll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment. What do I need to bring with me? You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Able to think strategically and translate big ideas into measurable results. Detailed understanding of the sales cycle with a proven track record of success Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently. Ability to build trust quickly and establish credibility with senior stakeholders Equally important is attitude.
