Take the next step in your career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a supportive school-based role near Whittier, NC. This contract position extends from ASAP through May 27th, 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week across one to two school sites. You'll work closely with licensed SLP-CCCs and benefit from district-provided supervision, ensuring a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license and eligibility to work in a school environment
• Experience supporting students under the direction of SLP-CCCs
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and caseload needs
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting and meet credential requirements prior to start
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students, following therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs
• Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation for student records
• Participate in paid administrative time and team meetings
• Adapt activities and materials for individual student needs across potentially 1-2 school locations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture through effective collaboration
