Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing patient mobility, improving strength, and restoring functionality.
• Guide patients through various therapeutic exercises and modalities, tailoring each session to address their specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Educate patients on essential body mechanics and exercise techniques, empowering them to engage in their recovery process actively.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, ensuring adherence to established protocols under the supervision of licensed professionals.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking key metrics like range of motion, strength gains, and overall functional improvement to inform ongoing treatment plans.
• Maintain treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and readily available for each therapy session.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care, creating comprehensive approaches that optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• A valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
