Licensed Social Worker (LSW) – Part-Time Hybrid Focus Residential Group, LLC Franklin Furnace, OH Part-time | Hybrid: In-person and telehealth Job Summary Focus Residential Group is seeking a compassionate and dependable Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our behavioral health team. This is a part-time hybrid position that includes in-person services at our Franklin Furnace location and telehealth services. The LSW will provide behavioral health services to individuals receiving mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, comfortable working independently, and committed to completing timely, accurate documentation. Responsibilities Provide individual and group behavioral health services within the scope of licensure Deliver services in person and through telehealth Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and other required documentation Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Collaborate with medical, clinical, case management, and peer support staff Participate in supervision, treatment team meetings, and care coordination as required Follow organizational policies and applicable state, federal, Medicaid, and payer requirements Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries Qualifications Active Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in good standing Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work from an accredited program Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to provide compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed care Comfortable providing services through telehealth Reliable transportation for scheduled in-person hours in Franklin Furnace Schedule Part-time hours Hybrid schedule In-person hours at the Franklin Furnace location Telehealth hours available Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process Work Location Hybrid in Franklin Furnace, Ohio About Focus Residential Group Focus Residential Group provides comprehensive behavioral health and substance use disorder services to individuals in our community.
