The customer journey is our key to success. Nudy's Cafe is the go-to casual breakfast & lunch location that provides quick, reasonably priced & freshly prepared meals in a family friendly environment. We currently operate in-soon to be 16 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties with our newest location opening soon in Willow Grove, PA. We anticipate continued growth throughout the region as we expand into new markets. We are actively recruiting for a full-time Human Resource Specialist to support our growing team. This position takes in our corporate office in Paoli, Pa. What You’ll Do This is a high-impact role combining HR support, full-cycle FOH hiring ownership, onboarding, and office management in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment. Staffing & Hiring Serve as the primary hiring manager for all hourly positions across 15–16 restaurant locations Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions Partner with General Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring Maintain strong candidate pipelines and move quickly to fill open roles Ensure hiring decisions align with company standards and culture Onboarding & Orientation Lead new hire orientation sessions with confidence and professionalism Ensure onboarding paperwork is accurate and compliant Create a positive and organized first-day experience for new hires Partner with operations teams to deliver a smooth new hire experience Employee Relations Support Assist the Director of HR with employee relations matters Help track, document, and follow up on employee concerns Support consistent application of company policies and procedures Office Management Maintain organized, efficient day-to-day office operations Manage supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative logistics Support internal communication, reporting, and HR documentation Help keep systems, files, and processes organized and efficient Additional Support Assist with HR compliance, audits, and recordkeeping Participate in hiring events and occasional off-site initiatives What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or office administration (hospitality experience a plus) Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable leading group orientations and working with employees at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and proactive Bilingual Spanish a strong plus What to Expect Full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday) No work-from-home option Occasional travel to restaurant locations or hiring events Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 annually Paid Time Off: 2 weeks (10 days) Sick Time: Provided per company policy Why Join Nudy’s?
