This role is remote but must reside in the Bay Area,. If they need to come into the SF office.

Short term support as a: Recruiting Assistant. 

• This role will be a total of 24 hours per week .
• Start Date: asap
• Assignment Duration: 6-8 weeks
• Will work primarily offsite (remote), but  should be local to the Bay Area and available to come into the office if needed .
• Hourly Rate: $28/hour

This person must have the following experience:

1. Experience as a recruiter or job developer
2. Must have ATS experience w/Lever, Greenhouse or Bamboo HR
3. Knowledge of the SF Community and experience supporting Non-Profits
4. Duties we need support with, is as follows:
5. 1. recruiting assistance with our entry level roles such as
   2. 1. Case managers I, II
      2. Preschool/Lead Teachers
      3. Program Coordinators/Program Navigators
   3. We need someone to review/qualify and vet candidate resumes against JD qualifications
   4. Perform phone screens in Lever & short list viable candidates
   5. Conduct light phone screening w/candidates
   6. Post positions to specific job boards and perform some candidate sourcing
6. Familiarity with, and can create hiring rubrics/interview scoring sheets
7. Work with our HR Coordinator to schedule candidate interviews.
