Temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant (Strong Potential for Permanent Hire) A leading law firm is seeking a Temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant to support its attorney recruiting team. This is a fantastic entry point into legal recruiting, with a high likelihood of converting to a permanent role for the right candidate after 4-6 months. The office is located in Redwood City. Key Responsibilities Support attorney recruiting, onboarding, and law school outreach efforts Coordinate on-campus interviews, job fairs, and recruiting events Schedule callback interviews and track candidate activity and offers Assist with planning and executing the summer associate program, including events and evaluations Prepare recruiting materials, surveys, and presentations Greet candidates, coordinate office visits, and ensure a seamless interview experience Support DEI initiatives and affinity group events Assist with additional projects as needed Qualifications 1+ year of administrative experience (law firm experience a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Discreet, reliable, and proactive Proficient in Microsoft Office; viDesktop a plus Flexible for occasional overtime and travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
