IT Systems Support Specialist

Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and assist with maintaining the company's Windows-based IT infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, applications, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and endpoint devices.
- Perform routine Windows Server and Hyper-V administration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor backups and assist with restores and recovery procedures.
- Maintain IT documentation and assist with IT projects as needed.
