Responsibilities

Provide fast, accurate, and helpful support via phone, chat, and support software

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions

Follow established support procedures and policies to ensure consistency

Direct users to self-service tools and resources when appropriate

Accurately document all customer interactions

Meet individual and team performance goals

Requirements

2+ years in a customer success or support role

Experience using customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)

Strong technical troubleshooting and software navigation skills

Clear and pleasant phone demeanor with active listening abilities

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach

Must pass a background check
