Construction Recruiter

Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, following company policies and guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in construction recruitment, preferably in the industrial and design-build sectors. Knowledge of construction industry terminology, crafts, trades, and job roles. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for construction projects. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
