Role Overview ***MUST HAVE A VALID TX COSMETOLOGY OR BARBER LICENSE*** Annual Earnings: $56,000 - $85,000 with COMPLETE BENEFITS PACKAGE Responsibilities Manage all aspects of salon operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, and inventory management Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns Maintain TDLR requirements Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism Cash management responsibilities - daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon's performance - daily/weekly/quarterly/ annual sales Complete monthly product/retail inventory Attend and participate in performance meetings - bi-weekly and monthly Qualifications Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques Proficienct in various hair styling techniques, including barbering Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Strongleadershipskills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Exceptional organizational skills If you are a passionate Salon Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic stylist team in a thriving salon environment, apply now!
