This remote position allows you to leverage technology to connect with clients, ensuring that therapy is accessible for those in need. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, benefiting from a flexible schedule that accommodates both your professional commitments and personal life. While you'll be working remotely, you'll remain engaged with a collaborative team environment, participating in regular virtual meetings and team-building activities to foster camaraderie and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client backgrounds, challenges, and treatment needs, documenting findings appropriately.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality throughout all client interactions, including securing informed consent for treatment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions, clinical supervision, and peer reviews to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Stay updated on recent developments and advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy, integrating new strategies into practice as relevant.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be helping individuals, couples, and families navigate a variety of issues, including relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your work will directly impact clients' lives, promoting healing and fostering healthier family dynamics. You will utilize online therapy platforms to ensure effective communication and support for clients, enhancing their experience and accessibility to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or therapeutic setting, with proven expertise in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and remote client interaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within a community health clinic or providing services to underserved populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
