Repairs & Replacements: Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines. Quality Checks & Road Tests: Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards. Routine Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections. Training & Development: Participate in factory and in‑house training to maintain and expand technical skills. Employee Prerequisites Automotive technician experience required Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures Flexible availability Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Job Type Full‑Time We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
