Corporate Paralegal

Responsibilities Responsibilities: Work as the lead paralegal for 2 full-time corporate attorneys and assist estate planning paralegal as needed. Prepare drafts of corporate organizational documents under attorney guidance and supervision. Prepare drafts of letters and emails to clients and others. Assemble notebooks (in electronic and hard copy formats) for closings on commercial transactions, estate planning, and other corporate matters. Provide administrative support, including assisting with client intake, scheduling, and other related administrative tasks. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working as a corporate paralegal Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work and resolve problems independently Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficient in Sunbiz.org E-filing (Florida Division of Corporations) Ability to work efficiently in a "near paperless" law practice and utilize electronic platforms for timekeeping, document management, filing, billing, etc. Ability to efficiently manage client documents in electronic format #J-18808-Ljbffr
