Our client, a large international law firm with a strong global presence, is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their Tampa office. This individual will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant:
The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials.
The Legal Assistant will maintain and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
Assist with billing, expense reports, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The Legal Assistant will support attorneys with research, document collection, and case preparation for hearings, trials, or closings.
Required Experience/Skills for the Legal Assistant:
Minimum 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience in a law firm environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Legal Assistant:
Real estate law experience is a plus.
Experience in tax law or litigation is preferred, but not required.
High school diploma is required.
Medical, dental, and vision.
