Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere while still connecting with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients. You will have the tools and technology to effectively engage with clients virtually, ensuring consistent and meaningful therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and experiences of patients, informing the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs, with a focus on their cultural context and individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing strategies that promote resilience, coping skills, and overall mental wellness.

• Work in cooperation with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive, coordinated care to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, equipped with skills to manage and de-escalate mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring all patient information is secure.

• Engage actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and collaboratively enhance treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment strategies, mental health disorders, and cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Experience conducting therapy sessions with individuals and groups, employing culturally responsive approaches that enhance patient engagement and success.

Compensation and Benefits\n
