Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Residential Field Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to creating a schedule and budget for each job, supervising the superintendent, lead carpenter and crew scheduling and supervising subcontractors, ordering materials, visiting each active job site daily, monitoring and approving expenses/invoices, and holding weekly or biweekly meetings with subcontractors and superintendents.

Additionally, you should keep the head office (Senior Project Manager) informed about the site status via your daily log in addition to the superintendent's daily log. This will ensure seamless working between office multitasking and executing all activities as per schedule.

You are expected to manage and inspect every aspect of assigned projects, including, but not limited to, company personnel, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, building inspections, community ARB representatives, etc., and to keep the clients informed regarding the projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints.

· Ability to manage multiple projects.

· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

· Ability to work in team environment.

· Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

· Problem-solving attitude.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

· 5 years’ experience in new residential construction with supervisory capacity.

· Bilingual English /Spanish.

US Citizen.
