Duration: 12+ months on W2

Location: New York NY 10001

Pay Rate: $40.00-$50.00/ Hr on W2

Job Description

This role reports directly into the Director, Digital Innovations and will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of a best-in-class mobile app experience, the launch/localization of digital services across countries, and supporting website enhancements and the digital roadmap across multiple brands.

The Digital Coordinator will work with their manager, along with multiple marketing stakeholders, agencies, and global partners, to help define the mobile app enhancement and content roadmap, lead development and localization of digital services, and support website enhancements, bugs, and technical support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting their manager in the planning and evolution of the website, mobile app, and service activation across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Point person for day-to-day mobile app activities including localization, content updates, QA, and ticket management.
• Manage website enhancement roadmap and bug fixes to ensure seamless feature rollout to markets.
• Support markets across AMER, EMEA, and SAPMENA in service localization and activation.
• Manage mobile app enhancement and service localization roadmap.
• Oversee the planning and development of app/website initiatives and ensure all cross-functional deliverables are met in accordance with assigned deadlines.
• Develop insights from analytic tools and take decisive action on app, website, and services based on performance.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, identify key milestones, dependencies, and resources to manage the execution of all projects.
• Work closely with marketing to develop clear and solid digital briefs related to new app enhancements and content planning/production.
• Work with global and agency counterparts to establish best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a proven track record in digital project management, including large-scale projects.
• Strong marketing brief and business requirement development skills.
• Solid understanding of app and/or website management.
• Experience with Sitecore, Amplience, ServiceNow, and Google Analytics.
• Must have experience in creative development.
• Digital experience spanning business requirements, wireframes including UX, and QA testing.
• Strong presentation skills and a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful, and actionable to a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• A facilitator and collaborator who is able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Technical familiarity and experience with back-end technologies and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills are required, with data-mining and in-depth database segmentation experience preferred.
• Ability to work closely with a diverse group of individuals across various functional disciplines.
• Big-picture thinker with experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Must possess excellent creative, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education / Experience

• BA / BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing; industry-specific experience is not required.
• Strong and proven interactive track record/performance.
• Proven expertise in key digital disciplines/platforms including:
• Brand website creative and technical development
• User experience expertise
• Integrated marketing campaigns
• User-generated content
• Analytics
• Background or interest in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or related consumer industries preferred. xhyhwjd
