Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing clinical operations teams to ensure the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.Developing and implementing strategies to streamline clinical trial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of clinical operations with overall project goals.Overseeing site management activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout, to ensure high-quality data and compliance with study protocols.Monitoring trial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to address any issues and optimize trial outcomes.Your Profile:You will have a strong background in clinical operations, with proven management experience and a commitment to quality delivery.
