Accounts Payable Processor

Invoice Processors
A leading communications organization is seeking detail-oriented Invoice Processors to support a large-scale business integration initiative. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
The role centers around high-volume invoice validation, data entry, and quality assurance. Successful candidates are dependable, focused, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process approximately 150200 invoices per day with a high level of accuracy.
- Review invoices received electronically and validate information within internal systems.
- Compare invoice images against system records to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and correct missing or inaccurate information.
- Verify automated system-generated data before processing is completed.
- Perform high-volume data entry while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive, process-driven work while maintaining focus.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate data entry and keyboarding abilities.
- Reliable attendance and consistent work history.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience in administrative support, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting support, operations, or similar office environments.
- Entry-level candidates with strong computer skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
