Helpdesk Support Specialist - Kansas City, MO Full-Time | Direct Hire | IT Helpdesk & Technical Support We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level technical support to on-site and remote users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and basic network issues while providing timely and professional customer service. Key Highlights Competitive hourly pay: $18.95-26.76 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time direct hire opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off beginning at 15 days annually Nine company-paid holidays and one personal day annually Responsibilities Provide technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking issues Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, peripherals, and applications Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve helpdesk tickets within established SLAs Support on-site and remote users and escalate complex issues when needed Assist with antivirus monitoring, system patching, and IT security activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of IT customer support experience required 1-3 years of Helpdesk or Service Desk experience preferred Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, software, and basic networking Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills Ability to support on-site and remote user #J-18808-Ljbffr Favorite Healthcare Staffing Inc.
