Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all human resources functions to support our team in Honolulu, HI. This position requires a dynamic individual who can handle employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and training, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. While a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred, it is not always strictly necessary if the candidate has proven experience and demonstrated competence in the role. Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with company standards and legal requirements. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs. Coordinate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and performance management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required if accompanied by relevant experience and demonstrated competence in HR management. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
