Executive Assistant to the Evangelists

Palau

Part‑time Executive Assistant to the Evangelists Location: Beaverton, OR Palau is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Evangelists to join our Christian nonprofit team. This person will will responsible for providing executive adminstrative support to Andrew and Wendy Palau, and Executive Department. Key Responsibilities Maintain schedule and calendar, scheduling virtual and in‑person meetings, and speaking engagements Process administrative forms (expense reports, time off requests, trip approvals, check requests, etc.) Send email communication on behalf of Evangelists, as directed Support key relationships for Evangelists (staff, donors, board, church and nonprofit leaders, city leadership) Schedule and help prep video/audio recordings for both internal projects and external requests Assist in planning to run tech support for Live Conferences, Global Prayer Gatherings, and breakout rooms Administrative Support to the Executive Department Manage communications and mailings to mass donor list, special friends, and personal family mail Maintain digital file database, scanning and sending documents as needed Purchase gifts for Portland leaders, festival leaders, and out-of-town guests Serve as Zoom liason, coordinating the Palau Business Zoom Account Requirments & Qualifications and Skills Nonprofit experience required Minimum two years executive administration experience preferred High attention to detail and highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Strong ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects Professional and able to handle confidential information Ability to manage time and responsibilities with little supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr Palau
