Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that supports the wellness of both our clients and our staff. Our Community Health Clinic operates primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a supportive team that values open communication and ongoing professional development, with regular meetings to assess progress and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health diagnoses, and develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up assessments, in compliance with company policies and protocols.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service, establishing rapport with clients, and working collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure that our services effectively meet community needs.
\n
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions to engage clients and assist them in achieving and exceeding their mental health goals.
\n
• Coordinate services with case managers, family members, medical professionals, educational staff, and other relevant parties to provide holistic support for clients.
\n
• Engage actively in all clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
\n
• Embrace additional responsibilities and projects as they arise, contributing to the comprehensive care model that defines our approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client population that may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, among other mental health challenges. Our clinic serves adults and adolescents, ensuring that you will have the opportunity to employ a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid LCPC licensure in the state of Maryland.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective counseling and documentation.
\n
• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and establish trust with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to timely complete and submit documentation.
\n
• Cultural competency and comfort in working with a diverse array of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy.

• Experience working in a community health setting or familiarity with integrated care models is a plus.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Psyche Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
