About the Role

Super Service Today is a privately owned, founder-led plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain service company based in Danvers, Massachusetts.

We're looking for a Business Development Leader to help us identify new commercial opportunities, build strong relationships, and grow profitable business.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, uncovering customer needs, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial accounts and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with property managers, facilities teams, procurement professionals, operations leaders, and executives.
• Prospect through outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Understand customer needs, service challenges, and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Super Service Today's plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain services.
• Manage opportunities through the sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and agreements.
• Coordinate with internal service and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with accurate records, follow-ups, and clear next steps.
• Develop existing relationships and identify opportunities for continued account growth.
• Focus on business that provides value to customers while supporting healthy company margins.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account development.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and building commercial relationships.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, discovery, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with service and operations teams.
• Experience in home services, facilities management, property management, construction, or B2B sales is a plus.
