Base pay range $25.00/hr - $55.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global NextGen Government Services Senior Professional Recruiter Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of related experience in developing and supporting contract formation specialist functions, including procurement documentation Experience drafting and reviewing Service Contract Act Requests, PWSs, SOWs, SOOs, labor category descriptions, J&A documents, IGCEs, QASPs, APs, and ASs. Strong Knowledge of DoD procurement processes and related documentation Experience within a DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM) Proven experience assisting in post-award contract management through preparing status updates and financial tracking. Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support a DoD client in Aberdeen, Maryland. This individual will join a collaborative team focused on evolving mission requirements and assist in preparing acquisition documents for Government approval. Daily duties include providing input into the proposal evaluation process, preparing limited competition memos, utilizing non-DoD contract vehicles, justifying sole source procurements, and validating data in portfolio management systems to ensure report accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a procurement background supporting the DoD, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
