This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.What You'll Be Doing:Assist providers during patient visits, exams, and proceduresHandle patient intake, rooming, and documentationSupport medication coordination and triage communicationProvide pre- and post-procedure support and educationHelp maintain clinic flow and a positive patient experienceWhat You Bring:2+ years of experience as a CMA or CNA (preferred)Willingness to obtain MA-R certification if not already licensedPrevious experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plusStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeAbility to float between Arlington and Burlington locations as neededWhat We Offer:$21–$23/hour, depending on experienceMedical benefits and full benefits packagePaid time offA supportive team environment where your work mattersReady to make an impact?
