Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments following company protocols. Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to provide current information. Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback and insights. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat or digital support role. Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with chat software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
