Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide individual and couples therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and families in transition. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for advanced clinical training and education.

• Demonstrated experience in adult, child, and adolescent therapy is essential.

• Strong communication skills, empathetic listening, and a commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $101,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
