What You’ll Do:

Supervise nursing staff to ensure top-quality care and smooth operations.

Provide clinical support and handle any issues that come your way with confidence and compassion.

Keep communication strong between residents, families, and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN license in Indiana.

Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Strong leadership skills, great attitude, and a sense of humor (weekends go better that way).
