This position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while also providing services through our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via teletherapy or in-person in our outpatient office setting.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in alignment with clients' therapeutic goals, regularly assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Engage in thorough assessments to determine the emotional and mental health needs of clients, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for clients in need, employing effective strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Stay current with licensure requirements and participate in ongoing continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

You will be working with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families experiencing various emotional and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
