What You'll Do As our Sales Lead, you will spend your days helping to hire, train, and guide reps. You will set goals for your team and check how everyone is doing. You will go out in the field with your team, help improve methods, and keep track of important numbers. You will work with the production team to make sure projects go smoothly. Every day, you will lead by example-working hard yourself while helping your team succeed. What We're Offering This is a full-time Sales Lead job with pay between $80,000 and $200,000 per year , including a base salary and performance bonuses. You will work with your team in the office and out in the field during regular business hours.
