Responsibilities

Support a group of Inside Sales Representatives with order follow-up and customer service activities. Track open orders, back orders, and vendor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Communicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates to customers and sales representatives. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and carriers regarding product availability and shipment schedules. File and manage freight, shipping, damaged material, and vendor claims through resolution. Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product shortages. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipment activity, claims, and customer communications. Assist with gathering documentation and information required for customer inquiries and order tracking. Monitor outstanding issues and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, logistics, or electrical distribution experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems. Ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
