Kitchen Manager

JDK Management Company is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations within our Food & Beverage Operations team, partnering closely with the Restaurant General Manager. In this on-site role, you will oversee kitchen staff, scheduling, food quality, and safety while ensuring compliance with all health regulations. You’ll manage inventory and cost controls, coordinate menu execution, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
