Benefits & Leave Administrator

Dykema

Dykema Gossett PLLC seeks a Benefits Specialist to administer health and welfare benefits, manage annual open enrollment, and oversee retiree communications across multiple offices including San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, and Chicago. You will support leave and disability management, ensure ADA accommodations are handled appropriately, and coordinate benefit/payroll data in UKG (UltiPro) while working with insurers.
