Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who doesn't just manage invoices, they own the entire accounts receivable function from start to finish. This is a role for someone who takes pride in keeping cash flow healthy, building strong customer relationships, and making sure invoices are collected professionally, consistently, and on time. Strong understanding of account receivables is required for this role. This is an on-site role, we believe collaboration and speed matter, and this position is a key part of our in-office team. What You’ll Do Handle and own accounts receivable (billing, collections, payment tracking) Assist with accounts payable (invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations) Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close processes Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation What You Bring 3+ years of experience in AP/AR or accounting support roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication skills Comfortable working on-site in Vancouver, WA Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience in transportation/logistics Familiarity with accounting or TMS systems Experience working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment Why Join Jacko Logistics?
