We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to join our dynamic
legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing
comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal
injury cases.
In this role, you will be expected to:
ï'• Assist with filing legal documents.
ï'• Ensure legal files are up to date.
ï'• Request any updated records (medical, police reports, etc).
ï'• Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
evidence, and correspondence.
ï'• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case as
needed.
ï'• Assist in depositions, hearings, and trials.
ï'• Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
strategies. This position is currently accepting applications.
