You'll manage service appointments, optimize technician schedules, and ensure clear communication between the office, customers, and field staff. Key Responsibilities Coordinate technician schedules based on availability, location, and expertise Manage daily service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Communicate appointment details and arrival windows to customers Support technicians with scheduling updates and route adjustments throughout the day Respond quickly to urgent service requests and changing priorities Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information Collaborate with office personnel and field teams to ensure timely completion of work orders Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with computers and scheduling software Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting Experience handling high call volumes and multi-line phone systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or a similar role Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services industryFamiliarity with ServiceTitan software Knowledge of local service areas and route planning Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Field Plumbing & Heating
