In fact, over 90% of our field leaders are internal promotions!Job DescriptionThe District Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple locations within a designated district. The role requires ensuring that all locations within the district meet and exceed customer service expectations, operational goals, and revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee multiple locations within the designated districtEnsure that all locations are staffed with competent and well-trained employees who deliver exceptional customer serviceImplement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service quality and operational efficiencyConduct regular audits of location operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and proceduresDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue growthProvide leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff to promote a positive work environment and foster employee developmentMonitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to increase profitabilityEnsure that all locations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing the industryQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role in the industry or related automotive industryStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational objectivesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze financial data and develop action plans to improve performanceFamiliarity with local, state, and federal regulations governing the industryWillingness to travel within the district and occasionally outside of the district as neededPosition Location: MichiganCompensation Range: $65,200.00 - $116,500.00Compensation Frequency: AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
