Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic treatment.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct families and patients on therapy methods that promote continued progress outside of sessions.
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment strategies to maintain a focus on individual goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pursuit of continuing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
