Restaurant Manager

This role is key to setting the tone each shift and upholding the culture we've built as a locally owned, family-operated restaurant. About the Role As a Restaurant Manager, you will play an active, hands-on role in daily operations, including: Leading the floor and ensuring smooth, efficient service Supporting guests and team members with a positive, solutions-focused approach Expediting food and maintaining strong communication with the kitchen Monitoring service flow and overall guest satisfaction Training, coaching, and developing FOH staff Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Representing Pack's Tavern with professionalism and pride What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management experience Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standardsComfortable learning and using POS systems Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and leads by example -someone who can step in, take ownership, and support both FOH and BOH as one team.
