Parts and Service Coordinator

As a full-time Parts/Service Department/ Customer Service Associate you will use your exceptional communication and customer service skills to support the Branch's Parts and Service Department.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers in person or over the phone to identify their needs.
• Scheduling Service Calls
• Routing Road Technicians
• Working closely with the Service Technicians to ensure timely turnaround for internal jobs & external jobs
• Providing price quotes via the phone or e-mail
• Following up with customers
• Collecting payments
• Assist with Parts bill entry
• Create Shopwork Orders for in shop services
• Create new accounts requesting service
• Must develop and maintain excellent product knowledge
• Will be responsible for the highest level of customer service for internal and external customers, company-wide.
• Maintaining a clean work area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
