Therapy Technician – Brooklyn Heights Responsibilities Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist. Execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service. Foster a community environment for patients and team members, promoting collaborative spirit. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. Attention to detail and willingness to grow. Athletic experience a plus. Passion for the field of physical and occupational therapy. Proactive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements Manual dexterity and general strength and endurance. Regular lifting of 5-35 pounds from floor to waist. Regular lifting of 5-35 pounds from waist to shoulder. Regular lifting of 5-35 pounds from shoulder to overhead. Carrying of 5-10 pounds for 40-50 minutes. Pushing 5-150 pounds on casters, runners, or pulleys.
