What You'll Be Doing As our Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and creating memorable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. Leading and mentoring a team to deliver top‑notch customer service. Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a seamless workflow. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction. Monitoring and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Supporting the development of new menu items and promotions. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
