Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting is required. This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities. Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule. M-F, 8 hr days- times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of SLP experience, leadership experience in SNF/LTC rehab, knowledge of PDPM, and a valid MO State License.
