Our client, a leader in the industrial and technology sectors, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Department supporting Cisco Industrial marketing events and GTM programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Location: 100% remote in any part of the US

Pay Range: $30-31/hr

Duration: 9/8/2026 to 10/24/2026 (depending on candidate performance and business needs, could be chance for extension)

What's the Job?

• Experience supporting enterprise technology, industrial, IoT, networking, OT/security, SaaS, or B2B marketing programs.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for B2B events, including in-person, webinars, virtual panels, and customer engagements.
• Support event timelines, registration processes, and run of show coordination to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partner, web, social, and communications stakeholders.
• Assist in promoting events through email, social media, web updates, and internal communications.
• Manage post-event follow-up, reporting, and stakeholder updates to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.

What's Needed?

• At least 3+ years of experience coordinating B2B events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Strong event logistics and project management skills, including timeline management and stakeholder follow-up.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
