Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure VM / Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Azure customers and internal teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Compute/IaaS, Networking, Storage, Windows/Linux systems, virtualization, monitoring, and automation . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, VM troubleshooting, Windows/Linux administration, VMware, PowerShell, networking, and customer-facing technical support . Required Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure VM & Azure IaaS Strong Networking, TCP/IP, & Storage knowledge PowerShell scripting & automation Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics & Azure Automation Troubleshooting VM performance, availability, connectivity & security Active Directory, patching, Event Logs/Syslogs Must be flexible for 24x7 rotational shifts , including weekends/holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart IT Frame
