Job Description: DDCC Floor, Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Office Assistant to join our team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, handling everything from customer reception to order processing.

The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our team, management, and diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily phone inquiries and greet visitors with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Handle email correspondence and maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and billing records efficiently using QuickBooks .
• Support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Language Skills: Absolute fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Software Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks and basic office software (Word, Excel, Email).
• Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a long-term commitment to the role.
